Ive lost a few passwords on this computer.. I remember about a year back a piece of software that could scan the computer and retrieve them but i have forgotten what the software was and searches on google seem futile.. Anyone have any idea?

SIW, System Information for Windows can do that if you've saved them on the computer. You do have to dig deep into the program to get to it, I think it's in the secrets section of the program.
