Hey looky here...
I found a site with every ICQ ever made archived. Just in case anyone wanted to use an older version. Personally after AOL bought icq it's been CRAP. http://www.spoutnic.com/icq/archives.asp WARNING: Some of the older clients are not compatible with XP  but hopefully someone will find a use for them. 
-------------------- I tried for hours to come up with a signature and all I came up with was this.
