I've been seeing a lot of people coming from Google, just wanted to get some statistics. Personally I came from Google, looking help with a printer problem, I just never left. I was working on a computer that had a ton of spyware on it.
Did a few searches with google to come up with a solution, and found a ton of useful tutorials. Now instead of formatting a computer that has spyware, I know how to remove it.  For me, it is a great site to keep my skills up-to-date, and I learn something new everyday. -------------------- JC

I work as a Technical Support... I had to guide my cu in restarting thru safe mode but F8 won't do it... so I had to search in Google... and I found another way to start under safe mode in this site... I've been looking for good forums about technical stuff for a while now... and tada!!! found bleepingcomputer.com!!! very helpful topics... never left since then...

The folks at Help2Go mentioned BC in one of their forums. I have had a very good experiences there in resolving problems and getting questions answered, so I figured that alone was a very good recommendation for BC! They were right! You are a great resource.

One of the regulars at yahoo anti-spy board suggested the tutorials here, and with a name like bleeping I thought it must be good. I've been lurking here on and off for a few months and thought it was time to register
