Title was: Trojan i think..., please help me ~ OB
My internet explorer says it can't connect to the internet, so i'm trying to use a different browser. Everytime I try to download a new antispyware or cleaner, I get an error saying that the program is not a real Win32 application. When I try to log onto my email I get an error saying "An unknown application error has occurred. Please correct any errors and retry. If the problem persists, please contact your System Administrator. (service.PARSE_ERROR)" but I know it's only my computer because I can log on from all other pc's. My computer is also running very slowly. Please download ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program Click Select All Click: Empty Selected Click Exit to close the ATF Cleaner program. ~~~~ Next, download SDFix Save it to the Desktop Now, reboot to Safe Mode
Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware (MBAM) Save the program to the Desktop Close all Windows, including this one. On the Desktop, double-click mbam-setup.exe to install the program, and follow the prompts

Download Random's System Information Tool (RSIT)
