Do I Have A Virus? Cpu Is At 100% Please Help!, CPU rate too high, Don't know what else to do Options

I don't know what is going on but only the explorer.exe is using most of the cpu rate of up to 60 or even 90. Here is my hijack log for you to see what is going on. I tried using Combofix and smirt but nothing will do a fix. Please give a look, thanks.
