BleepingComputer.com _ Web Browsing/Email and Other Internet Applications _ IE forces its self on me :-(

I am using Google Desktop for indexing and searching for things on my computer. Today every time I open it Google comes up in IE ?? This is annoying as I am trying to avoid IE can anyone help??

From the Firefox help pages:

To make Firefox your default web browser, select Edit > Preferences and click the Check Now button in the Main panel.
