BleepingComputer.com _ Misplaced HJT Logs _ Cannot access Microsoft Websites

Hi,

Need major help.
I have had major issues with my computer.

I cannot access Microsoft website at all and have no troubles accessing other websites.

My anti virus software nod32 states: Checking CRC of NOD32.exe file is corrupted possibly due to infection, but still works and picks up viruses. and downloads signature updates.

Ran hijack this and this is the log file report.

Would love some help.

I'm sorry, but you need to repost you log.

I have moved your Topic that included a HijackThis/DDS log here to the Misplaced HJT Logs forum. You posted your log in a forum not intended for HijackThis/DDS logs analysis. We can only allow topics with such logs in the http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/forum22.html forum. This restriction is to ensure you get the best help available, from those who specialize in malware anlaysis and removal. It also should prevent you from receiving ineffective or even potentially dangerous advice, whether well meaning or not.

We understand that dealing with malware issues and getting help can be frustrating but improperly posting a log usually happens if you missed the directions we provide to those who require malware removal assistance. Prior to posting a log, we ask that you please read and follow all instructions in the pinned topic titled http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/forums/topic34773.html. Following the steps in this Guide will allow the HJT Team to quickly help you with specific fixes for what may remain on your system.

You have IE8 installed, so is that new (was it an upgrade), did the stuff used to work with IE7?

If you are using some browser besides Internet Explorer (Firefox whistling.gif) some Microsoft WWW sites will not behave well with FF, so you must use Internet Explorer. Microsoft usually gives a message though telling you that IE is required.

If you are having problems browsing to a site that you really think should work, try it with IE as well to see if it is a browser problem or a site problem. Folks sometimes program and test thinking IE is the only browser in the world.




I am using firfox, and I also tried Internet Explorer, both state that it cannot display webpage, diagnose connection problems.
I did a pc clean and ever since then there have been major problems.
