File Description:

Submitter.exe is a program that allows you to submit files to different file analysis services. The services that are currently supported are VirusTotal, Jotti, and the Bleeping Computer submission systems. These services allow you to submit files and have them scanned for viruses against a variety of anti-virus software. Unless you plan on using this program in a script, we suggest you use the File Submitter GUI Version instead.
