AVG Remover 2012 allows you to completely uninstall detected AVG products from your computer. Unfortunately, there are times when the traditional methods of using Add or Remove Programs/Uninstall Programs control panel is unable to properly uninstall a program. When this happens you can use the AVG Remover to search for traces of AVG programs and uninstall them automatically from your computer.
After running the program a log file called avgremover.log will be generated in the same location the executable is located. This log file contains information about what AVG programs were detected and what was removed.
Note: There is a 32-Bit and a 64-Bit version of the AVG Remover 2012. Please choose the appropriate version for your operating system.
AVG Remover eliminates all the parts of your AVG installation from your computer, including registry items, installation files, user files, etc. AVG Remover is the last option to be used in case the AVG uninstall / repair installation process has failed repeatedly.
